Lamp Returns

PureGlare provides a full 180-day warranty on all lamps for all brands for faults due to defective materials or workmanship. The warranty period starts from the date of shipment and lasts for 180 days. Rather than wait for the manufacturer to process the return, we will do everything we can to get you a new working lamp quickly, to minimize the time you are without a functioning projector.

We ask that you inspect your lamp as soon as you receive it for damages that have occurred during the shipping process and contact us immediately should you find any damage.

All lamps shipped back to PureGlare must be returned in their original, undamaged boxes without any markings, and must be shipped inside an additional box with appropriate packing foam or bubble wrap to prevent damage during shipment. A 15% restocking charge will be charged. This restocking fee may be increased if the lamp is not returned to us in unopened condition. If the lamp has been opened, a 25% restocking charge will apply.

Please note that PureGlare cannot accept lamp returns which are as a result of a problem with the projector or television, and not the lamp itself.

We make every effort to keep the information on our website up to date and accurate, but occasionally typographical and/or database errors may occur. If we should ship you the wrong lamp due to an error on our website, we will arrange a full refund or exchange for the correct lamp (plus any difference in cost) with no restocking charge. In addition we will incur the costs for the lamp to be sent back to us and your new lamp sent out.

All product returns must first be authorized by PureGlare within 180 days of the original invoice date and a Return Merchandise Authorization (R.M.A.) number must be obtained before shipping the lamp back to us.

Refunds for purchases made by credit card will be issued as a credit to that same account after inspection of returned products.

Refunds for purchases made by check or wire transfer will be paid by refund check after inspection of returned products.

Please complete the Exchange / Refund Request Form and await confirmation from a representative before sending the lamp.

Please note: This form is not an authorization to return the lamp to PureGlare. Please wait for confirmation prior to sending the lamp. Please also note that customers returning lamps have 30 days from the date the returns number is issued to send the item back to PureGlare - unfortunately after this period the return cannot be accepted.
