A return authorization number is required for all returns. Please review our Return Policy submitting your request.
Normally, we will send out the item after we receive the returned item, it may take several days. If you require faster processing, please contact our customer service department. We would be glad to help you.
Please make sure your email address is correct and add our return service email service@pureglare.com.au to your address book. Otherwise you will not receive our confirmation email with return authorizatioin number and cannot proceed to return itemes.
Once we receive the items(s) we'll process the exchange or issue a refund, and send you a return receipt confirmation email.
