Warranties on Replacement Projector Lamps Supplied by PureGlare™

When you purchase a replacement projector or TV lamp module from PureGlare™, you receive a 180-day warranty covering faults caused by defective materials or workmanship. The warranty period begins on the date shown on your original purchase tax invoice and runs for 180 days. If the original lamp manufacturer provides a longer warranty, PureGlare™ will extend its warranty to match the manufacturer’s applicable warranty period and terms.

We aim to make the warranty and return process as straightforward and efficient as possible. If you experience a problem with your lamp within the applicable warranty period, our team will assess your claim and assist you in resolving the issue promptly, helping minimise downtime and get your projector or TV back up and running.

For customers purchasing bare projector lamps, we also offer a complimentary lamp installation service. Simply send us your existing lamp cage or housing, and we will install the replacement lamp at no additional labour charge.
