Warranties on Replacement Projector Lamps Supplied by PureGlare™

When you purchase a replacement projector or TV lamp module from PureGlare™, you receive a comprehensive 180-day warranty covering any faults due to defective materials or workmanship. The warranty period starts from the date of your original purchase tax invoice and lasts for 180 days. If the original projector lamp manufacturer provides a longer warranty, PureGlare™ will extend our warranty to match the manufacturer’s terms.

We follow a no-questions-asked approach for all returns within the 180-day warranty period. PureGlare™ processes returns and warranty claims quickly, minimizing downtime and ensuring you get your projector back up and running as soon as possible.

For customers purchasing bare projector lamps, we offer a free installation service: simply send your existing cage or housing to us, and we will install your lamp at no extra charge.
