Note	Installation and Handling with Care Leaving natural oils or grease from your fingers on a halogen lamp or quartz bulb can create hot spots on the glass, leading to premature failure or, in extreme cases, causing the bulb to shatter or explode during operation. Use Protection: Handle the bulb with a clean cloth, paper towel, or while wearing latex or nitrile gloves. Grip the Base: Hold the bulb only by its porcelain, metal, or plastic base. Avoid touching the glass surface. If You Accidentally Touch the Glass: Clean the bulb with a lint-free cloth lightly moistened with rubbing alcohol (isopropyl alcohol). Allow it to dry completely before switching the lamp on.
